SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally as Marketing Specialist, Event Manager or Marketing Execution, preferably in an international organization
  • Great communication skills, that will help you to build right level of relationship with colleagues and establish cooperation with various suppliers
  • Creativity: with different actions happening at the same time and managed by our competitors, you may need to think creatively to capture our customers and prospects attention.
  • Budgeting: Every marketing action has a budget, and your ability to spend it effectively can help to generate the best impact
  • Project Management: There are different marketing actions organized by OVHcloud at the same time. Your project management skills will help you to stay focused and organized
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention by executing different categories of marketing activities (70%)
  • Conduct market research, brainstorm and propose concrete marketing activities that correspond to the company and cluster marketing strategy and needs
  • Comprehensive implementation (planning and execution) of own events and participation in conferences organized by third parties
  • Liaise with external suppliers to execute campaigns and promotional events
  • Manage projects made with customers and prospects, around case studies, testimonials, logotype usage and others
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Support in various activities by demonstrating expertise in areas such as advertising, events, planning, content optimization etc.
  • Execution of local editions of global (corporate) events
  • Increase performance via monitoring and analysis (15%)
  • Creation of briefs for planned marketing campaigns
  • Ensure executed marketing activities are delivered on time and with proper quality
  • Coordination of the action plan related to the activities carried out
  • Track performance (ROI) of executed activities, propose improvements and follow ups
  • Settlement of costs of marketing actions
  • Reporting on the use of the cost budget in accordance with company procedures
  • Collaboration with corporate and cluster teams (15%)
  • Participate in regular team meetings, discussing ongoing activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals in their activities (i.e. Product Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Sales etc.)
  • Report activities to the cluster marketing team leader
