• Asset Management : Oversee the creation and maintenance of banners, landing pages, and other assets across various platforms to ensure the smooth execution of monthly marketing initiatives.
• Shop-in-Shop Content Maintenance : Ensure all content on shop-in-shop pages is regularly updated and aligned with current promotions and business goals.
• Creative Brief Development : Collaborate with creative agencies to develop content briefs based on business requirements and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Product Listing Updates : Ensure that product details and information are consistently updated on the website in a timely manner.

• Customer Chat Support : Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring timely and accurate replies.
• Additional Ad-Hoc Tasks : Perform other assigned tasks, including managing marketing solutions on platforms like Shopee & Lazada and search-related activities.
