Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Solid experience working as a Marketing Executive
  • Experience with paid performance media campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Display or YouTube
  • Experience of working with Media and/or Creative agency
  • Experience using reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, to present clear learnings and actions

Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Managers to develop lower funnel marketing campaigns that drive ‘conversion’ outcomes across acquisition, engagement and subscriptions starts.
  • Work with colleagues in Media, Creative & Delivery, forming an agile, matrix team (POD) to develop conversion activity from inception through to final analysis.
  • Lead the creative execution for Conversion Campaigns, working with the Marketing Managers and Creative teams to ensure our assets are impactful, maximise performance and use relevant insights to deliver on our Conversion outcomes.
  • Work with the Marketing Managers and Creative team to ensure the latest performance insights and learnings are captured and embedded in future creative work.
  • Support the Marketing Managers to report on and analyse Conversion marketing activity on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work closely with the Brand team to ensure all marketing activity delivers against our brand positioning and tone of voice.

  • Knowledge of the UK TV marketplace and ITV’s position within it, including the latest changes in viewing trends.
  • Collaboration skills focused on matrix ways of working, understanding how to work with peers to create best in class marketing activity.
