Job Summary The Marketing Executive and Events Coordinator is a highly organized and dynamic professional responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Conference and Event Management team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is proactive and solutions-focused, capable of remaining calm under pressure and adapting to evolving needs. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, high dependability, responsiveness, and a consistent client service mindset. While the position is primarily remote, given the need to work overnight hours or maintain overlap with U.S. time zones, it may also operate in a hybrid setup. Occasional flexibility is required to support events outside standard business hours. Overall, this role plays a key part in enhancing Marketing leadership effectiveness and ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of industry conferences and events. Responsibilities & Qualifications Duties and Responsibilities: CMO Executive Administrative Support Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and materials Arrange travel logistics and process expense reports Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information Serve as liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders Event Logistics Coordination Plan and coordinate logistics for industry conferences and client events, including supporting venue selection and planning, and catering Compile, update, and maintain key event documentation, including quarterly recap and look-ahead reports, planning roadmaps, timelines, budgets, cost sheets, etc. Coordinate with Accounting to review and provide regular event spend reports to Event teams Manage or support vendor meetings and coordination Manage the ordering, shipping, and delivery of event equipment, materials, signage, collateral, and merchandise Manage event registration tracking and attendee communications Manage the printing and assembling of collateral, as required Manage invoice processing Coordinate post-event after-action information collection, reporting, and accountability tracking Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, or client services Experience supporting senior leadership preferred Experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate environments is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM systems preferred Budget tracking and vendor coordination experience is desirable Additional Information #LI-Remote At TYLin Philippines, we recognize the significance of achieving a balanced work- life dynamic.
