Job Position: Marketing Executive
Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer engagement for the company’s products. This role combines structured marketing initiatives, sales partnerships, campaign planning and overseeing the day-to-day commercial performance of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
✦ Campaign & Launch Planning
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns and product launches across digital, print, social media, and events.
- Brief social media and PR teams on go-to-market priorities, campaign messaging, and timelines.
- Coordinate content production, shoot logistics, and rollout schedules for new campaigns.
✦ Sales Outreach & Wholesale Growth
- Identify and approach new retail opportunities, including concept stores, salons, and online platforms.
- Prepare pitch decks and handle ongoing communication with stockists and wholesale partners.
- Track performance and replenish or re-merchandise as needed
- Research potential retail stockists or pop-up partners and follow up on B2B leads.
- Prepare product decks, manage wholesale inquiries and nurture long-term retail relationships.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
✦ Content Creation & Management
- Guide content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital collateral.
- Produce content for blogs, email newsletters, digital ads, and promotional campaigns to drive brand excitement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to create visually compelling marketing assets.
- Manage content calendars to maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to social media content plans and engagement initiatives.
- Support social media account management where needed, including content scheduling and responding to customer inquiries.
✦ Brand Partnerships & Events
- Develop pitch decks and presentations for brand partnerships and event collaborations.
- Plan and coordinate co-branded activations with aligned beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Manage brand participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and pop-up events from concept to execution.
- Create pre- and post-event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and follow-up conversions.
- Oversee event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, promotional materials, and on-site support.
✦ Customer Growth & Experience
- Build and nurture an online community around the brand, leveraging social media engagement and user-generated content.
- Develop retention strategies including sampling programs, gifting initiatives, and loyalty incentives.
- Analyze customer behavior and use insights to shape engagement and sales initiatives.
- Liaise with fulfillment and operations teams as needed to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
✦ Budget Management
- Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget.
- Ensure initiatives are executed within budget and deliver cost-effective results.
Qualifications — Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand-focused roles, ideally within beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Confident in building structure and systems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Skilled at independently managing multiple projects without daily supervision.
- Familiar with the fast-moving rhythm of a startup and motivated by the opportunity to grow with the brand.
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and brand-savvy with a commercial mindset.
- Experienced with presentations, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and pitch deck preparation.
- Bonus: hands-on experience with product launches, retail activations, or beauty retail.
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools).
- Basic familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
