About the Role: As a Marketing Executive for the Pacific region, you will assist in developing brand strategy and materials, sponsorships, promotional material, and activities to engage customers across the Australian and New Zealand markets and ultimately drive sales. The role plays a key part in delivering major brand campaigns, from media planning and creative development through to in‑market execution. This is a broad marketing role providing exposure across the wider business and opportunities to support cross‑divisional projects. Key accountabilities will include: Manage and communicate marketing materials in a timely manner Develop and deploy content across social media platforms Prepare detailed briefs for eDM communications and maintain content calendars Prepare briefs for website updates Create performance summaries for promotional coupons and report on outcomes Analyse ongoing marketing activity for monthly reporting Develop and deliver new product launch materials Manage creative and media agency relationships as required Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Franchisees to deliver marketing materials Support sourcing, pricing, and distribution of promotional merchandise Monitor social media platforms and loyalty program activity Support sales and travel partner relationships Prepare internal communications relating to marketing activity Create and execute purchase orders for marketing invoices What we’re looking for Marketing qualification Proven experience in a busy marketing role Strong planning and organisational capability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to meet short lead times and deadlines Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills Understanding of graphic design and print production Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Benefits and Perks Competitive Salary Wellbeing programme incl. life insurance + discounted health insurance + superannuation options Access to Perkbox – discounts and offers with hundreds of retailers and big brands, including on cinema tickets, fitness classes, shopping discounts and much more.
