MARKETING EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER

At Lancia, we’re always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available people to our team. We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Manager to help us refine and deliver our marketing plan across Europe. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills , 3-8 years of experience in B2B marketing , and proficiency with SEO and CRM systems . This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with our global marketing team, leaders, team members and key partners.
Location: Belfast, Bristol or London

EDUCATION:

• Industry qualifications & certification
• Degree desirable but not essential

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrable & relevant B2B marketing experience – agency or in-house
• Ideally, professional services marketing experience or, at a minimum, an understanding of IT and management consulting services
• CRM & SEO knowledge and experience
• Experience of applying creative thinking, developing engaging, creative concepts, and producing web and social media content
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, target audience, and the importance of a relevant value proposition
• Adept in content creation, in tune with best practices, trends, culture, and competitors
