EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution, social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for customer engagement and creating memorable experiences.
  • Previous experience in the gifting industry or experiential marketing is a plus.

We’re on the search for an incredible Marketing Executive to deliver on ambitious plans across some of the biggest brands in the BRG portfolio. This role will be pivotal in delivering the Adrenaline brand’s marketing, campaign, partnership, and social activities. The role lives in our Campaigns team, and is central to the on-time, on-brand, and off-the-charts delivery of our major brand & retail campaigns. Working across ATL & BTL media, activations, events, PR and digital marketing, you will be at the epicentre of our world of marketing.
We’re looking for a process-driven and innovative marketer, with a love of best-in-class campaigns, and who wants to learn from the best in the industry. You will be confident working across projects and timelines, finding time to optimise, and influence better outcomes for our campaigns.
In this role, you will work with every team in the business. Supported by your Campaigns team, you will collaborate daily with our Brand, Social, Performance, Ecom, Creative & Digital Experience teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across brand, retail & social campaigns. It is suited to a curious, collaborative marketer, who can be part of a team that exists to “inspire and champion each other”.

As BRG scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is currently focused on, with a lot of room for growth & new opportunities across new projects;

  • Campaign Execution: Support and execute innovative marketing campaigns, assisting in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Creative Briefing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand best practise in channels, and brief internal creative teams for all key Campaign assets, social media, PR, events and merchandise requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team (graphic designers, copywriters, performance, affiliates, digital experience) to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and execution across all channels.
  • Media & Digital Execution: Liaise with media agencies/vendors to deliver approved creative on time and on spec. Collaborate with the Performance team to deliver full-funnel creative for digital & social channels, feeding insights from organic and past campaigns.
  • PR Execution: Work with Brand & Marketing Manager to deliver PR materials including interviews, imagery, content, quotes, and experience bookings.
  • Social Media: Deliver organic and paid social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with the audience. Monitor trends, track metrics, and optimise social media efforts to increase reach and engagement.
  • Content Management: Develop and manage compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audiences. This includes finding or creating captivating visuals, videos, and written content for both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Engage with influencers, bloggers, and content creators who align with Adrenaline’s values and target audience. Support the growth of Adrenaline’s influencer crew, helping to build lasting partnerships that can scale with the brand.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engagement among customer base by initiating and participating in conversations, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monthly analyse and report on key performance metrics for campaigns and marketing initiatives. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve overall results in partnership with the team.
  • Trend and Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the gifting and experiential marketing space. Apply this knowledge to enhance Adrenaline’s brand positioning and customer experience
