BOUSSIAS, Greece’s leading business communication and events company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join its growing Marketing team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on the promotion of high-profile B2B conferences, summits, and awards that shape the dialogue across industries such as marketing, sustainability, technology, Industry amongst others. Responsibilities • Contribute to the overall marketing plan and campaign timelines for each event • Develop content and communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences and meet marketing goals • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities • Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing • Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end (planning, content, targeting, and analysis) • Manage and grow various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and audience engagement • Analyze data and metrics related to content performance, engagement, and conversions • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking platforms to monitor and optimize results • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, sales, and creative teams) to ensure marketing alignment across campaigns • Collaborate with media sponsors and external partners • Organize and support the company’s promotional presence at trade expos and related events • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Solid experience (2–3 years) in Marketing, Publishing, or Content Creation — ideally gained in a B2B environment. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Moosend or similar, Google Ads, Canva or Adobe tools) • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Greek and English) • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute engaging content ideas • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with great attention to detail • Hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, and ability to meet deadlines • Team-oriented attitude and collaborative working style What’s in it for you: • A fast-paced work environment at a leading, trend-setting company with pioneering products • Competitive remuneration according to your skills and experience • Ongoing learning opportunities and free participation in BOUSSIAS events and conferences • A dynamic team culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and initiative • Hybrid work model and flexible working conditions • Exposure to top executives and thought leaders from multiple industries
