First Motors is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and support our continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to a well-established organisation with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Campaign Management Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives. Coordinate campaign assets across digital, social, print, and on-ground activations. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Product) to align marketing efforts. Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for assigned campaigns. 2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Develop content calendars and oversee execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance. Monitor campaign metrics and analyze digital performance (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Brief and manage agencies for paid media or creative deliverables. 3. Content & Communication Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels. Write or edit content for social media, email, website, and printed materials. Coordinate with designers and copywriters for content production. 4. Event & Activation Management Lead planning and execution of brand events, launches, or test drive campaigns. Liaise with vendors and agencies for event logistics, branding, and on-site execution. Track ROI and customer engagement from events. 5. Research & Reporting Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns. Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior insights. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and KPIs. 6. Administrative & Team Support Oversee the work of Marketing Associates or interns on specific tasks. Manage PRs, LPOs, and vendor coordination for all marketing activities. Ensure timely processing of invoices and budget tracking. Maintain organized documentation and campaign archives. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role (preferred). Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Excellent proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and SEO/SEM. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Strong analytical abilities with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and creative mindset with a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
