Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As our marketing team continues to grow, we are seeking a capable and motivated Marketing Executive to join our busy team, supporting the Marketing Manager, to help create strong marketing content and drive wider marketing initiatives, which will accelerate direct marketing activity across our Business Sales Division.
The successful candidate will be one which thrives in a fast-moving environment and can demonstrate measurable results in a similar role. You’ll support our marketing efforts across multiple online and offline channels, with a strong focus on meeting lead generation targets in order to drive organic growth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a B2B environment, preferably with a professional services background.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing campaigns, across multiple channels including email marketing, direct mail, social media and digital marketing. *Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce engaging marketing campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content, such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals. Determine what supporting materials are required to aid their activities.
