EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years marketing experience - preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellence in English (Spoken and Written)

Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in making Cameo’s marketing a success; supporting the overall business strategy and boosting service sales.
You will be functioning as part of an exciting, busy, and growing team, responsible for developing messaging and market positioning that educates internal audiences, existing customers, and net new prospects. You will partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative content for campaigns and engaging marketing programmes to reach the target audience for each solution or service to drive an increase in sales pipeline and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns. Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant plus.

Core Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Planning and execution of quarterly marketing activities and strategic campaigns to support Cameo including brand awareness, media, PR and SEO.
  • Creating a consistent and impactful message to market to drive growth.
  • Working closely with the sales team/ technical teams to fully understand objectives and strategy and create innovative Go-To-Market plans.
  • Reporting and analysis on results from marketing, identifying opportunities for growth and market trends.
  • Thorough understanding of customers and target markets, marketing strategy creation, portfolio knowledge and marketing expertise
  • Build excellent external stakeholder relationships including customer contacts
  • Working with all stakeholders, internally and externally to deliver back ROI results and achievements against targets with recommendations and insights on future direction
  • Provide market insights for senior managers and sales on trends, competitors, new entrants and threats
  • SEO: Work with SEO specialists to increase traffic and page conversions by making the website easier to find, use and navigate for both search engines and users.
  • Content: Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce consistent, engaging, innovative and thought-leading multi-platform content.
  • Social: Plan and implement effective, compelling organic and paid social media campaigns focused on driving results
  • Measurement: Use a variety of tools to track and report on all digital output, including inbound leads to provide an insight-led marketing strategy. Making sure all output aligns directly to the business objectives.
