Job Description We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Land division. About the Role This role is central to driving marketing and communications across our land projects. You’ll lead CRM management, shape campaign strategies, and coordinate promotional activity that supports business growth and client success. Key Responsibilities Lead CRM and database management, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation to support targeted property campaigns. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, with a focus on residential and land development. Coordinate external property listings and portals (e.g., REA), ensuring timely and accurate uploads. Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic insights to improve engagement and drive results. Prepare compelling submissions and marketing collateral to support new business opportunities and client presentations. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Proven experience in property marketing, ideally within residential or land development. Strong organisational and communication skills. Confidence in CRM systems and marketing platforms particularly Adobe InDesign Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report insights. A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
