JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking out for a creative, passionate and experienced Marketer Executive to join our dynamic team. We need a social media expert who is familiar with the latest trends, to execute innovative and strong campaigns and strategies.

If you love coming up with out-of-the-box ideas and you’re not afraid to fail, this might just be the job for you.

• Strategise content strategy with designers
• Graphic and content creation (Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram etc)
• Manage social media platforms and grow social media fans, followers and leads
• Handle online and offline media when required
• Manage and monitor website
• Measure, analyse and report performance for marketing campaigns
• Perform market research on competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior
• Craft marketing and social media campaigns and strategies
• Brainstorm ideas and creative content in form of images, videos or articles on social media to promote daily content engagement
• Conduct research such as user testing and surveys to find out the needs and wants of the target audience
• Execution of content creation : videography, photography etc
• Work with agencies to build up company’s image and branding

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the marketing industry.
• A keen sense of graphic design with well-developed aesthetics.
• Good leadership, communication and has strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of Video production software (basic)
• Positive Attitude and Eager to Learn
• Fluent in English.
