  • Manage and update e-platforms and online food delivery platforms.
  • Handle social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Create and coordinate social media posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
  • Design basic marketing creatives using Canva.
  • Coordinate with restaurants, hotels, outlets and internal teams for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing F&B promotions, offers and campaigns.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
