Overview.
Corrib Oil Group is seeking to hire a marketing executive to join our Marketing Team, this role will support our marketing campaigns and activities.
The role involves the design, implementation, and assessment of marketing strategies and initiatives that are creative, innovative, and aligned with our business goals and customer expectations.
This person will collaborate with the retail management team, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to implement successful marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities
· Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans for customer segments and product categories.
· Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online, social media, email, print, and events.
· Monitor and analyse the performance and impact of marketing campaigns and activities, using various tools and metrics.
· Prepare and present reports and recommendations on marketing effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and marketing best practices.
· Manage and update marketing materials and content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
· Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing budgets and schedules.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, such as sales teams, vendors, media, and customers.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
· At least three years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the retail service industry.
· Strong knowledge and skills in marketing principles and practices, such as market research, segmentation, positioning, branding, and communication.
· Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing, social media, and web design.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
· Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to generate and evaluate ideas and solutions.
· Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Team player and self-starter, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Passionate and enthusiastic about marketing and retail service.
