We’re on the lookout for an experienced and results-driven B2B Marketing Executive to lead our in-house marketing function. Reporting directly to the company director, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy. Driving brand awareness, generating leads through multi-channel campaigns, and helping us reach more of the businesses we’re passionate about supporting.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, brings creativity and structure to campaigns, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships. Your efforts will directly support our mission of helping organisations streamline operations, reduce costs, drive sustainable growth, and create meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that reflect our client-centric values and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Create engaging, insightful content across formats, blog posts, emails, case studies, and more, with a personable approach that speaks directly to our clients’ real-world needs.
  • Maintain consistency, honesty and transparency in all messaging, upholding the highest standards of integrity in everything we do.
  • Monitor performance across marketing channels, tracking ROI and campaign results to guide decisions and stay aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Use data and insights to track account activity, manage the sales pipeline, and stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends.
  • Working closely with the Development and Support teams, embodying a collaborative spirit that ensures alignment and shared success.
  • Where possible, apply a sustainable approach to campaigns and tools, seeking ways to reduce our environmental impact while delivering results.

  • Proven experience leading a marketing function within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internally and externally.
  • A track record of driving lead generation, revenue growth, and managing marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • A well-organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A data-led mindset and confidence in using metrics to evaluate and refine performance.
