The Opportunity
As a Marketing Executive you will support and implement strategies for leasing campaigns, development projects, pitches, and bids across various asset classes. This role is key to enhancing the Dexus brand and market position.

You will support and implement B2B campaigns to position Dexus assets and projects as the top choice for customers and partners, and make an impact by:

• Delivering integrated B2B campaigns and managing marketing budgets.
• Collaborating with external agencies to ensure strategic objectives are met.
• Producing high-quality outputs and analyse data to optimise campaigns.
• Managing monthly eDM content and other digital initiatives.
• Working with various internal marketing teams and broader stakeholder groups to ensure cohesive strategies.

About You

You are a highly adaptable and creative asset marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles, known for your excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proven track record in driving successful B2B campaigns; B2C experience is a plus.
• Skilled in developing and implementing marketing programs with various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of brand, PR, social media, and digital performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
