Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, passionate and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team at Kotak811. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell, engagement and loyalty that drives business growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management within the financial industry, with proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, conducting consumer research and planning and executing events. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and anchor implementation of digital brand marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition across paid, owned and earned digital channels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns to drive cross sell, engagement and loyalty. • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure maximum impact. • Oversee the development of all brand assets, including advertising, promotional materials, and digital content. • Manage the planning and execution of sales events that align with the brand's identity and values. • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends and opportunities to improve brand perception and engagement. • Act as a custodian for the brand/ creative assets and development process. • Manage the brand's budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, partners and customers. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand management, preferably within the financial industry or agency background. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms. • Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
