Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

DOMVS estate agency is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive, with at least three years of experience, to lead our marketing efforts and support the exciting growth of our business. This varied role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact and is eager to develop their marketing career within a supportive and experienced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Ownership: Lead the company’s marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Sales Support & Communications: Work closely with the sales teams to develop compelling client-marketing materials and ensure they have the tools and content needed for effective communication with clients.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the production of all marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is always on-brand across direct marketing, PR, advertising, email marketing, SEM, and automated campaigns.
  • Website & SEO: Create and optimise website content using WordPress, improving key performance indicators such as conversion rates and dwell time with Google Analytics.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, blogs, editorials, and newsletters, including video production and editing
  • Events Planning: Support the coordination and marketing of a calendar of events, including exhibitions, seminars, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow the DOMVS Almanac, nurturing local relationships and expanding its reach with new partners.
  • Data & Research: Collate and analyse market research to share insights internally and externally.
  • Supplier & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, including software providers and advertising partners.
