Description

SYDNEY CBD (WITH DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL)

EnglishWise Global, a leading ELICOS college, is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive specialising in the East Asian market — with a primary focus on Korea and Japan — to join our growing international recruitment team.
Your role will be to build strong relationships with onshore and offshore education agents, develop market-specific strategies, and recruit quality students for our English language programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Business, Marketing, or related qualification and a proven track record in student recruitment or marketing (2+ years).
  • Fluent in Korean and/or Japanese (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the education sector (ELICOS, VET, or higher education preferred).
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • High level of motivation, cultural awareness, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit students by liaising with education agents (both onshore & offshore).
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with agents, partner institutions, and businesses.
  • Serve as the primary contact for agents and prospective students in Korea and Japan.
  • Assist the Director/PEO in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional events tailored to the East Asian market.
  • Plan, develop, and execute international and interstate recruitment trips, attending education fairs, exhibitions, and multi-brand events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create culturally relevant marketing materials (brochures, flyers, website content, etc.).
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic pricing and promotions to boost enrolments.
  • Consistently achieve student recruitment targets for your assigned regions.
