Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the marketplace thoroughly, including competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, refine product positioning, and craft impactful messaging.
  • Execute advertising and promotion activities, such as product launches and training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to highlight product features, benefits, and commercials.
  • Manage marketing, sales, and product P&L to ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Interact with business partners to align efforts and achieve sales objectives.
  • Perform sales and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and purchase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within consumer products.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Business Accounting P&L is advantageous.
  • Team player with strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to conceptualize marketing directions.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
