JOB DESCRIPTION

• Market Researcher – Conduct research on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to support marketing strategies
• Trend Spotter – Identify emerging market and digital trends to help shape marketing campaigns and brand positioning
• Content Coordinator – Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials
• Campaign Assistant – Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Brand Promoter – Help maintain brand consistency across various channels and suggest improvements based on customer feedback
• Data Supporter – Collect and analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, customer engagement) to guide decision-making
• Reporting Assistant – Prepare simple reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to internal stakeholders
• Creative Collaborator – Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to develop creative assets and align messaging
• Performance Tracker – Monitor key marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI
• Learner & Improver – Stay updated on marketing tools and trends, and continuously seek ways to improve marketing effectiveness

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of marketing analytics and digital tools
• Familiarity with marketing metrics, social media insights, and content performance tracking
