At Eurobase People, we’re passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, and we’re now seeking a Marketing Executive to help elevate our brand, support our recruitment teams, and deliver engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth for Eurobase People’s recruitment division by implementing a strategic, multi channel marketing plan. Your work will focus on attracting and retaining both clients and candidates, while strengthening the Eurobase People brand and ensuring we stand out in a competitive market.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Eurobase People in the UK and European IT recruitment markets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and insights for effective multi-channel engagement
• Plan and run digital, email, content, and social media campaigns
• Work with Recruitment Consultants to create marketing collateral, including case studies, blogs, podcasts, and videos
• Track and report campaign performance using key metrics
• Manage the website and social media, optimising content, SEO, and analytics
• Train and coach the Recruitment Consultants on personal branding platforms like LinkedIn and ODRO
• Grow website engagement and social media following in target markets
• Support Eurobase group internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and team updates
