I. Mô tả công việc | Job Description Triển khai và đánh giá hiệu quả các chương trình sự kiện và khuyến mãi tại Crescent Mall. Execute and evaluate events and promotional campaigns at Crescent Mall. Điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động tổ chức sự kiện: lên ý tưởng, chuẩn bị, triển khai, hậu kiểm và báo cáo. Coordinate all event activities: ideation, preparation, execution, post-event review, and reporting. Là cầu nối giữa Crescent Mall và các nhà cung cấp, khách hàng, nhà bán lẻ. Act as a liaison between Crescent Mall and suppliers, clients, and retailers. Phối hợp triển khai và giám sát hạng mục trang trí mùa vụ, đảm bảo tiến độ, ngân sách và tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu. Coordinate and supervise seasonal decoration, ensuring schedule, budget, and brand standards. Chuẩn bị & kiểm soát các hạng mục kỹ thuật (âm thanh, ánh sáng, sân khấu). Prepare & manage technical requirements (sound, lighting, stage setup). Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả sự kiện (footfall, ROI, phản hồi khách hàng...). Track and evaluate event effectiveness (footfall, ROI, customer feedback...). Lập báo cáo tổng hợp cho cấp quản lý sau mỗi sự kiện. Prepare summary reports for line manager after each event. Nghiên cứu, đề xuất ý tưởng sự kiện và xu hướng trang trí mới. Research and propose new event ideas and seasonal décor trends. II. Yêu cầu ứng viên | Candidate Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học, chuyên ngành liên quan. University degree in a related major. Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing/Events. At least 2 years of experience in Marketing/Events. Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (MS Office). Proficient in MS Office. Kiến thức cơ bản về thiết kế, sản xuất, thi công trang trí sự kiện/theo mùa. Basic knowledge of event and seasonal décor design, production, and installation. Kỹ năng giao tiếp & phối hợp với nhiều bên (nhà tài trợ, agency, retailer...). Strong communication & collaboration skills with promoters, agencies, and retailers. Có khả năng quản lý sự kiện, viết báo cáo, quy trình, thư tín thương mại. Skilled in event management, report writing, procedures, and business correspondence. Tiếng Anh: có thể giao tiếp và làm việc với người nước ngoài. English: can communicate and work with foreigners. Thái độ: trung thực, nhiệt tình, trách nhiệm, tác phong chỉn chu, linh hoạt, tư duy tích cực. Attitude: honest, enthusiastic, responsible, neat, flexible, and positive mindset. III.
