JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Job Responsibilites :

  • Handle 3 brand : Ranch Market, The Gourmet & Pasarina
  • Idea Plan program Yearly & Monthly (alongside with Marketing Manager)
  • Execute all the communication plans, including but not limited to PR execution, ATL, BTL, social media, digital and event marketing when needed.
  • Strategize and Implement Brand Marketing Campaign
  • Reporting of communication trends, including competitor analysis
  • Support sales & operational by execution of appropriate brand communications support
  • Drive & execute the 360˚ communication & Marketing plans & campaigns, include contribute ideas and insight
  • Manage the social agency to generate innovative Ideas for social media, including review captions to ensure alignment with campaign objective
  • Manage of all promotion in store (preparation, coordinate with IT, communication, brief to store and reporting
  • Coordinate with other department for all promotional needs (Operational, IT, Legal, Finance, DC, etc)
  • Analyze reports to form insights to optimize and streamline strategies, activities, processes etc.

Job Requirement :

  • Passion with retail
  • Fluent in English (written/ spoken)
  • High level of marketing, digital & branding
  • Strong with data analysis, attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a strategic and logical approach in execution
