JOB OVERVIEW:

You will be working closely with the members of the marketing and design team to ensure execution of marketing activities across various online and offline channels.

• Social Media Management: Oversee and update the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Creative Content Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify the latest trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the industry. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Online Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for online enquiries across all platforms. Manage and resolve feedback or complaints efficiently to maintain a positive brand image.
• Marketing Activities Execution: Plan and execute a variety of marketing activities, including but not limited to email marketing blasts, roadshows, and events. Ensure all activities are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.
