Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing projects, campaigns, and events that drive customer engagement and promote our products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Organize advertising, communication, and promotional events across social media, exhibitions, and other channels.
2. Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for our three brands: Flair Illume, Premier Elements, and FIPE.
3. Website Maintenance: Keep our websites up-to-date and ensure they’re aligned with our brand image.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay on top of trends, brand awareness, and competitor activity.
5. Customer Insights: Initiate and control surveys to understand customer needs and preferences.
6. Content Creation: Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and newsletters.
7. Email Marketing: Create and send newsletters and email campaigns to clients.
8. Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance using various metrics and submit regular reports.
9. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to support promotional activities.
10. Budget Management: Collaborate with managers to prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenses.
11. Customer Presentations: Conduct weekly meetings and presentations to customers with product samples.
Requirements:
1. Diploma: Diploma in Business Marketing, Administration, or a relevant discipline.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing executive role or similar position.
3. Market Research: Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
4. Strategic Planning: Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
5. Digital Marketing: Familiarity with social media, web analytics, and commercial awareness.
6. Communication: Excellent communication and people skills.
7. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
8. Independence: Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
9. MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
