Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Executive, you will support our agency marketing team, helping with community management, editorial writing, event co-ordination, content production and asset creation. Working alongside our Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive & Mid-Weight Designer, you’ll also help build community, engage with our audience authentically, and support reporting and performance tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the execution of our marketing strategy, with a key focus on B2B events and social media (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Help schedule and create platform-appropriate content that reinforces agency voice across thought leadership and video-first content, coordinating with design team to ensure high-quality visual output.
  • Help manage the agency’s social media calendar across all platforms, proactively suggesting timely, relevant content topics each month based on themes and industry trends.
  • Spotting trends and reactive moments across platforms that align with our tone of voice and values.
  • Create and edit native lo-fi content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Write engaging copy for captions and blog editorials.
  • Apply SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and visibility.
  • Track social performance metrics and provide regular insights to optimise ongoing efforts.
  • Support with planning and delivering agency events.
  • Research - for editorial blog posts and B2B communications.
  • Supporting community management by engaging in conversations that are timely and on-brand.
