EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing home appliances (mandatory).

KEY SKILLS

• In-depth knowledge of home appliance products and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain dealer relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or MBA (preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent proficiency in English and local language (Kannada).

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote home appliance products.
• Drive dealer/distributor engagement and expand market reach.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and trade activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support revenue growth.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Generate periodic reports on performance, ROI, and market insights.
