We are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive to work with us. This position is a hybrid role which involves working 1-2 days a week at our head office in London or from sites with flexibility to work from home. This position is to work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, customer retention, and customer acquisition for B2B clients and B2C consumers.
  • Support the adoption of best practices for brand growth and optimization.
  • Execute a compelling marketing calendar aligned with business objectives, including 5 seasonal comms packs
  • Write copy for marketing materials, and manage the creation of content, graphics, and other materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Brief design teams to create collateral with compelling content and to brand guidelines
  • Support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships to support the creation and implementation of effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate with Food, Procurement, and Design teams to assist in developing and executing food concepts and guidelines.
  • Manage the brand signage for site mobilisations
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of the marketing materials by regularly reviewing competitor activity and current market trends.
  • Help to create a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting on support tools to help operations teams deliver brand and marketing objectives
  • Visit sites to check marketing implementation after every campaign launch
