JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conference Marketing Executive to join our friendly, diverse, and growing team based in London. In this role, you will support the Marketing team in executing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for a portfolio of decarbonisation and sustainability conferences.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads for the sales team and increase online bookings.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial conference marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills, with a proven track record of running successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Project team to ensure all marketing activities are completed on time and align with project timelines
  • Secure partnerships with relevant media outlets and industry associations
  • Communicate marketing plans, campaign progress, and results clearly to all stakeholders
  • Attend weekly team meetings to provide updates on campaign analysis, upcoming activities, and milestones
  • Build and manage targeted data selections for campaigns and identify audience gaps
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to enhance future marketing efforts
  • Monitor weekly reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Maintain and update event websites with accurate and engaging content
