An opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a busy, high-performing team working across a diverse program of marketing activities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities. You will join a collaborative environment where strong organisation, sound judgement and effective stakeholder relationships are important to delivering quality outcomes.

Your new role

As Marketing Executive, you will support the coordination and delivery of marketing activity across campaigns, digital channels, content, EDMs and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage multiple work streams simultaneously, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving and ensure activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role requires someone who is confident working independently and comfortable moving between strategic coordination and hands-on delivery. You will need to quickly understand priorities, take ownership of your work and respond effectively as requirements change.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a broad marketing role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong project coordination skills across multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience delivering digital content, campaigns and EDM communications
• Strong copywriting, content creation and written communication skills
• Experience working with websites, CRM and marketing platforms
• Sound understanding of customer journeys and audience-focused marketing
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Confidence in working autonomously and taking ownership of deliverables
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• HubSpot experience will be highly regarded
• Available to commence immediately for the duration of the contract, working full-time hours.
• The successful candidate will be required to have a Hays paid national police clearance run prior to commencing
