ESSENTIAL SKILL SET

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or MedTech/Digital Health.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills tailored to professional audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma sectors.
  • Ability to translate technical content into compelling business messaging.
  • Creative mindset with an analytical approach to measuring impact.
  • Experience in supporting sales teams with materials and campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: DRIVING GROWTH THROUGH MARKETING EXCELLENCE

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive who understands B2B healthcare marketing and can help us reach our primary audience of pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and healthcare providers. This role is not just about campaigns—it’s about building funnels, supporting business development, and positioning PROMinsight as the go-to platform for patient-reported outcomes in healthcare and life sciences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting pharma, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
  • Work closely with the BD Manager to create sales funnels, lead-generation campaigns, and conversion strategies.
  • Manage our digital presence including website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling marketing materials (case studies, decks, one-pagers, videos) that showcase PROMinsight’s value.
  • Organize participation in industry conferences, exhibitions, and webinars to raise brand awareness.
  • Track and report marketing ROI, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
