Vesta Care is actively recruiting for the role of Marketing Executive - Healthcare for its Dubai Headquarters.

WE ARE CONSIDERING PROFILES WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or field sales (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of persistence and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with local travel and on-ground outreach
  • Should have valid UAE driving license and own car
  • Should be fairly adept in medical terminologies
  • Should be able to network with hospitals, clinicians and insurance companies for business development
  • Candidates with own visa would be preferred
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a resilient and resourceful professional capable of developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, institutions, and decision-makers. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to open doors where others may hesitate.
The incumbent shall report directly Marketing Manager, General Manager and Director of the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to generate patient referrals
  • Engage with schools, universities, and organizations to secure service and deputation contracts
  • Navigate administrative layers with confidence and professionalism to reach key stakeholders
  • Present our services effectively and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow through with execution and reporting
