We are on the lookout for a brand new Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team, based in London (hybrid role).
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary of £30,000-£32,000, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be a key part of our Marketing Team, supporting our campaigns to fill our buildings – both for Host Students and Habito Co-Living. You’ll get involved in the full marketing mix, and work closely with the rest of marketing, as well as our on-site property teams. Your role will include:

  • Supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms to promote our brand
  • Creating engaging social media posts across multiple platforms to enhance student engagement and bookings
  • Managing and grow our presence on social media, with a focus on TikTok
  • Using HubSpot to manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM segmentation
  • Maintaining and optimising website content using WordPress
  • Managing third-party listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Assisting in implementing SEO and paid media strategies (e.g. Google Ads, paid social) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Contributing to the creation of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and advertising campaigns
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging across Host and Habito channels
  • Conducting competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
