Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Reports to: Senior Marketing Executive (dotted day-to-day line to Chief Operating Officer)
Salary: 32K
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based (Mon–Fri, 37.5 hours/week)

We’re looking for a confident, proactive Marketing Executive to take the lead on our day-to-day marketing activities in our Milton Keynes office, working at the heart of a growing and ambitious membership organisation.
Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Executive in Littlehampton, with a dotted line to the on-site Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be the go-to marketing contact in Milton Keynes.
You’ll represent marketing at member and supplier meetings, handle incoming requests and keep projects and campaigns flowing smoothly between Milton Keynes and our off-site central marketing team.
This is your opportunity to truly own the local marketing function while also playing a key role in national projects that support our members and suppliers across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the local marketing presence in Milton Keynes, acting as the first point of contact for all marketing-related queries.
  • Represent marketing in member and supplier meetings when senior team members are not required, providing updates and gathering insight.
  • Coordinate and direct ad-hoc work to the Littlehampton marketing team, ensuring smooth project handover and clear communication. Keeping everything aligned with our brand and strategic goals.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks within main marketing projects, supporting the wider team to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.
  • Gather feedback and content ideas from the sales team to enhance our national marketing activity.
  • Stay on top of deadlines, agreed budgets and quality across all marketing outputs.
