This is a maternity cover contract role and would be suitable for a candidate with experience in marketing looking to further expand on their skills and experience in a busy environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role
· Strong project management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, META Business Suite, CMS, CRM and email marketing software
· Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
· Passionate about marketing and staying updated on industry trends
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth
· Manage all company social media platforms, monitor audience engagement, and implement strategies to increase traffic and generate high-quality sales leads
· Assist with planning, creating, and managing of the content calendar
· Uphold and evolve the brand through consistent messaging and innovative marketing approaches
· Produce and curate high-quality content across all platforms
· Manage new Product launch campaigns
· Keep abreast of market trends and changes through market research
· Maintain marketing databases to ensure information is accurate, updated and easily accessible
· Assist with organising trade shows, product launches and other events
· Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that inform strategic decisions
· Provide general administration support if required
