Job Description This role is based in our Ha Phan Building Office Work with Line Manager to prepare marketing plans within key objectives by identifying target audiences, objectives, promotional activities and desired outcomes of the marketing plan. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to effectively attract and engage target audiences. Create user-friendly, on-trend marketing materials for campaigns and events, including digital and print content Manage marketing channels effectively, ensuring strong engagement and maximizing campaign ROI. Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to ensure effectiveness and suggest improvements. Execute market research, analyse customer feedback, and track competitor activities to develop data-driven marketing strategies for key projects. Generate creative marketing ideas to attract attention and stand out in a competitive market. Maintain detailed records supporting event marketing plans and reports. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Ensure vendor/partner execution and payments comply with contract terms: on-time, in-scope deliverables. Responsibility for managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency, especially in major promotional campaigns. Carry out other tasks assigned by the line manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 1+ year of experience working in Marketing / Communication / Advertising related fields. Strong ability to execute tasks effectively and a mindset for planning and optimization. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsible and result oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, marketing channels (website, social,…), and AI platforms. Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus. Experience in the B2B event industry & have a basic understanding of the water sector is a plus.
