We are now looking for a Marketing Executive located in Paphos, Cyprus who will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our brand presence across global markets. This individual will support the departments in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that promote our telecom products and services, while also contributing to market research, content creation, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives Manage and optimize social media platforms, website content, and online advertising Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve organic traffic, website ranking, and overall online visibility Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and track SEO performance metrics Develop visually appealing graphics for social media, digital ads, website banners, presentations, and printed materials, ensuring all creatives align with brand guidelines Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities Assist in organizing promotional events, sponsorships, and trade shows Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the telecom, technology, or related industry Experience in Illustrator, Figma or graphic design experience a big plus Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English language, both in written and verbal Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in B2B or B2C telecom marketing Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Creative mindset with an eye for detail and branding Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Paid annual leave days & paid sick leave days Flexible working hours and a supportive work-life balance culture Paid access to GPT-5 and premium AI tools (including coding assistant, video generation, custom GPTs, and tailored TFN assistant) Team events and company outings Access to professional development programs and continuous training Growing company with the potential to take over responsibility and grow personally
