THE ROLE:

Working as part of a close-knit Marketing team, the successful candidate will support two major UK sites and collaborate across internal departments and external partners to execute impactful marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design and implement marketing campaigns for both digital and physical channels (social media, CRM, email, web, print, blog, etc.)
· Develop clear strategies alongside the Marketing Manager to attract new business and retain existing customers.
· Collaborate with business development and buyer services teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
· Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
· Manage marketing budgets for non-sale events and initiatives to engage customers.
· Create and analyse data reports to identify trends and present findings internally and externally.
· Manage content across all social media platforms and explore new channels for campaign expansion.
· Work on campaigns aimed at achieving industry award nominations in 2025/26.
· Plan and execute local B2C marketing initiatives to support expansion.
