As this is an agency-based role, you’ll be collaborating with multiple industries, so we need someone who is adaptable, has a creative flair, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be instrumental in driving new marketing initiatives just in time for Spring 2025, and be ready to hit the ground running on a new project.

· Planning, preparing, and creating content for use on the website & for blog purposes including planning and creating webpages, videos, photographs and text.
· Using Mailchimp to create Blogs
· Managing & planning for social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, scheduling regular posts and updates about the business
· Tracking trends from published content
· Targeting marketed audience through social media connections
· Point of contact for external associates such as videographers, photographers, advertising & marketing/publishing companies
· Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
· Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication
· Communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
