As the Marketing Coordinator - Pinnacle Drinks, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across our entire Pinnacle Drinks portfolio spanning both Wine & Beverages.
You will assist with new product development (NPD), packaging refreshes, event logistics, stock requirements, creation of marketing materials and budget administration while keeping projects moving seamlessly between internal teams and external agency partners.

Here's a snapshot of the responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of new product concepts, packaging refreshes, Point of Sale (POS) materials, C1R guides, back-label copywriting/editing, legal sign-offs, and product photography.
- Brief internal creative teams and external agencies, manage critical marketing timelines, coordinate legal sign-offs, and oversee creative workflows.
- Implement communication processes for product launches and vintage rollovers while maintaining organized digital asset libraries.
- Coordinate stock and logistics for trade shows and marketing events, while managing outsourced agency relationships and running regular WIP meetings.
- Assist Senior Brand Managers with budget management, tracking vendor invoices, processing sign-offs, and managing vintage change updates.
- Ensure all marketing collateral and brand activities strictly adhere to ABAC guidelines, Endeavour Legal requirements, and brand style guides.
QualificationsNow let’s talk about you:
- You bring at least 1 year of experience in a marketing or project management role.
- Exceptional project management and administration skills with high attention to detail and a track record of running organized processes under tight timelines.
- A strong balance of creative concept development, independent thinking, and business acumen to support brand strategies and think 'outside the box'.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build productive relationships across cross-functional internal teams (Sourcing, QA, Finance, Dan Murphy's, BWS, ALH) and external partners.
- Desirable Extras: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Commerce, alongside prior experience in liquor, retail, or FMCG environments.
