For our site ASD in Leeds, Head Office we are looking for

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities
• Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, content and engagement strategies.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to suggest fresh marketing approaches.
• Assist in writing press releases, articles and blog content.
• Assist in management of external suppliers (gathering information, compiling briefs, sourcing images, videos etc)
• Use design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) to create and edit marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist with updates, improvements and performance analytics across digital platforms (website, email marketing and social media platforms)
• Help develop marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations)
• Support email marketing initiatives, including drafting campaigns and segmenting audiences.
• Assist in planning and promoting B2B events and attending exhibitions.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for marketing materials and approvals.
• Help manage budgets, invoices and supplier relationships.
• Manage your own workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
• Take responsibility for the quality, presentation, and accuracy of your work.Follow internal processes and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
