Description:
The Marketing Assistant/Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote courses and enhance the company’s brand image. The role involves managing social media platforms, digital advertising, and website content, while creating promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and newsletters. Additionally, the individual conducts market research, analyzes campaign performance and identifies opportunities for growth. The individual to ensure the marketing collaterals are compliance with regulations such as SSG, WSCH and MOM guidelines. Strong communication, proficiency in design tools and digital marketing platforms, creativity, and knowledge of the adult learning industry are essential. Collaboration with internal teams like Enterprise Consultants and Calendar Management often required to tailor campaigns effectively to individual learners and corporate clients.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals to ensure brand consistencies
- Collate customer ratings and advertising sales figures from various sources
- Coordinate the logistics involved in organising marketing activities
- Create detailed reports to present customer trends to management
- Engage with Enterprise Consultants and Calendar Management on a bi-weekly basis to communicate expectations and take feedback
- Internalise the brand portfolio and positioning of media assets
- Provide current cost estimates for campaign elements to support budget development
- Provide data and trends on historical marketing expenses to support budget development
- Create marketing schedules
- Track customer activity for brands or media assets across platforms
- Track marketing expenses against budget for management reporting
- Execution of marketing channel enhancements and consolidate performance data
- Update Wordpress website content and plugin when required
