Reports to: Campaign & PR Manager
Location: Peterborough Office (Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • This role will require travel across the towns we serve to support events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree educated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within communications, events, or content creation.
  • Strong written English skills, with excellent grammar and proofreading ability.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic about community engagement, events, and brand building.
  • Willingness to travel locally for events and sponsorships.
