The role

This is a key position as we embark on a period of change at the airport. Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Key support for all aspects of aviation and retail marketing campaign development and delivery.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with all key stakeholders and existing airline and retail partners.
  • Work with key stakeholders (PR/Communications/Social) to maximise exposure for London Stansted and key accounts (e.g. new store openings, airline inaugurals etc)
  • Support and work with CAVU (digital function) on CRM content strategy, copywriting, development and supporting database sign-up incentives.
  • Review, undertake, and roll out airport branding across key customer journey touch points (digital and physical) to improve the overall customer experience and brand recognition.
  • Harness data to measure the effectiveness and reporting of marketing activity and continuously strive to optimise and improve efficiency of marketing spend.
  • Support and manage key events such as airline inaugurals, team workshops and surprise and delight activations.
  • Support in managing and delivering budgets.

  • Collaborative approach
