LSL are one of the largest providers of services to franchised estate agencies and mortgage intermediaries and provide valuation services to many of the UK’s largest mortgage lenders.
We are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive on a full time, permanent basis. You will be able to work on a hybrid basis from home and our offices in York.
The role of the Marketing Executive is to deliver brand marketing activities for the Your Move and Reeds Rains franchise branches. This involves managing franchise account relationships, creating marketing materials, and leading campaigns in social media, review management, and direct marketing.
The role will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other members of the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns and content across various marketing channels, ensuring best practices and brand consistency.
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate marketing professional with experience in social media campaigns, direct marketing, and content creation, who thrives on building relationships with franchise partners and driving engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day marketing requirements for multiple franchise partners, including attending meetings and presenting marketing results.
  • Creating and executing social media campaigns and content, particularly for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Managing the Your Move and Reeds Rains umbrella social media pages, creating content, analysing performance, and presenting recommendations.
  • Creating content calendars for franchise branches and planning social media launches for new branches.
  • Supporting franchisees with review management through Reputation, creating campaigns, and driving review generation.
  • Leading on OMOA (On Market Other Agent) campaigns, providing performance analysis, and helping franchise partners optimize their campaigns.
  • Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing campaigns and group-wide projects.
  • Developing materials and reports to assist franchisees in maximizing their marketing impact.
