Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with daily tasks and various projects with a focus on hotel marketing
  • Social media management of various channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) including monitoring and reporting
  • Development of hotel marketing concepts and creation of local packages in collaboration with related departments
  • Coordination of external hotel advertising activities (media, hotel/restaurant, meeting guides, digital channels, etc.)
  • Evaluate the hotel’s local sponsorship activities and associated advertising
  • Maintenance and optimization of the hotel’s online presence – online content management and website updates
  • Cooperation with influencers, support and organization of photo shoots and video shoots
  • Graphic design of advertising materials (print and online) for internal and external communication as well as writing texts in online and offline marketin
