We’re on a mission to make life better through hospitality and we’re seeking a caring and committed Marketing Executive to join our team!
In our exciting and fast-paced business, no two days are the same. You might be promoting a spa day for our 5* rated spa facilities at Bowfield Hotel, planning campaigns for our eight boutique wedding venues, or working on attracting bookings for an event.
You’ll support the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, being assigned various marketing tasks and projects to deliver. We’re looking for someone who’ll bring real enthusiasm and care to everything they do. Being a varied hospitality business, there’s so much opportunity to create exciting, engaging and fun marketing campaigns. We need the talent to help us do it!
If you like to be challenged in your work and love the satisfaction of knowing you brought your best to every task, then keep reading. As this role could be a fit for you!
While hospitality experience of any kind would be advantageous, it’s not required, so if you don’t have this, please still put yourself forward.
Our office is based in Howwood, near Paisley – but this job will be a combination of office work, working from home, and working across our venues which are located throughout central Scotland.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role which has involved planning and executing marketing promotions and campaigns.
  • Ideally a marketing qualification, though experience is more vital.
  • Great attention to detail, and excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
  • Excellent writing and proof-reading skills (English language).
  • Strong ability to plan and prioritise effectively – being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full driving license with use of your own car (as working in different locations is required).
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to promote our restaurants, bars, hotels and wedding venues.
  • Develop ideas for the content and creative used marketing campaigns.
  • Write content for use across our various marketing channels – email, social, web and more.
  • Come up with marketing ideas and solutions to overcome venue challenges and drive more footfall and business.
  • Support your marketing team colleagues with larger scale campaigns and activities.
