JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support with data management and segmentation and ensure accuracy for effective campaigns
  • Support with planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders and vendor partners
  • Building and implementing targeted email campaigns and automated workflows to nurture prospects and customers
  • Assist in lead management processes and reporting
  • Manage and optimise website content, usability, SEO, and conversion performance to drive lead generation on WordPress
  • Write, coordinate, maintain marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Create reports, presentations and marketing materials - MS Office and Canva
  • Track upcoming awards and events, managing submissions and participation as needed
  • Support in planning and delivering events, workshops and webinars
  • Seek and manage case study opportunities, overseeing the creation process and communications with the sales teams
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activities and creating assets
  • Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights
  • Update and maintain the company intranet with relevant news and information
